ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES of our Account Manager:

Attributes of a successful Logistics Account Manager has exceptional customer service skills, superior communication skills and eager for personal development.



Customer Relationships:

  • Create a personal and professional relationship with every customer by displaying sincere concern for his/her family, goals, and personal interests
  • Verbally communicate with each customer daily and practice integrity in each conversation
  • Actively seek to understand each customer’s requirements, procedures, and goals through consistent verbal contact
  • Secure customer rapport through genuine and exceptionally responsive interactions

Job Objectives:

  • Track loads and provide accurate and efficient updates
  • Ensure all loads are meeting service requirements by providing interventions to Driver Managers, and Market Planners
  • Proactively communicate and provide creative solutions for customers
  • Ensure all load information is accurate and exceeds customer expectations

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish additional business opportunities through daily interactions with customers
  • Understand and execute market objectives
  • Produce quality opportunities through lead generation
  • Discuss customer issues and opportunities daily with Regional Sales Manager
